Crossroads and Thresholds in Education
Greetings everyone. This is my first blog so please bear with me as I learn how to do this.
I feel that we are teaching and learning in times of unprecendented change both in our local communities and globally. What we need to do, is learn how to not be so removed from other peoples ordinary lives. We need to find some common ground to relate to people for the betterment of our young children.
Are we saying anything new today? Are our experiences unique to us? I think not. All over the world dedicated educators of young children are striving to make the children's lives better through education. We are looking for ways to work with the parents also. Cultures are mingling everywhere. We must be respectful of cultural differences as we search for that place where we can all meet in agreement
